OMG Sponge Bob, that's right up my alley. My kids love that show, as well as my husband. The countdown is on for Friday when Pest Of The West debuts. Rolling Eyes Laughing

The only problem I have with it is that my autistic daughter occasionally does what sponge bob does, like cutting the power cord of a lamp while it's still plugged in. Talk about the "shock" of her life. Shocked

It IS a funny show though. Laughing

I get a kick out of Sponge Bob when I catch it with my grandson. It's almost as good as the Animaniacs were. The original Looney Toons were the best at the double entendres though.

JJ, the little boy that my oldest daughter(her name is Holly) ended up marrying when they grew up used to tease her calling her Hadji when they were little kids. They both loved Johnny Quest. Laughing

You all might think I am strange...

One night I decided to at what Australians watch on tv ( I was extremely bored that night). So I found an online tv guide, I clicked on over the air broadcasts and cable broadcasts, and they have a channel called Boomerang there devoted to cartoon shows I grew up on! ( I am so jealous of that!) They had Yogi Bear, Dastardly and Muttley, The Perils of Penelope Pitstop, Magilla Gorilla, Wally Gator, Huckelberry Hound, Snagglepuss, The Great Grape Ape show, Top Cat, The Flintstones, and others I can't think of right now.

I do remember Johnny Quest too. I watched that every Saturday. sunny

My kids LOVE Spongebob. I have to admit, it's better, and funnier, than a lot of the crap they make now.

I have some of the old Scooby-Doo on DVD. Great stuff. I'd like to pick up the Looney Tunes collections, but haven't managed to get them yet.

I guess I'm in the minority with the yellow squishy one. Rolling Eyes His constant whining and crying irrates me to no end. Evil or Very Mad

Yeah Sal, I had Boomerang when I had DirecTV and loved seeing some of the ones that I grew up watching(and that was at least 10 yrs before you, Embarassed). I have Dish now and could get it if I wanted to buy a whole package of stuff that I have no interest in to get it. I'm thinkin' it's not that great. Laughing

That man, despises Spongebob.
He'll watch it with my brothers, but immediately changes the channel when he can to like, VH1 and some stuff about 80's music.
That's when I walk away.
In all honesty, I love music, but that show bores me to death!

.....and don't even mention "Dora The Explorer". A friend of mine became so distressed over her daughter's love and addiction to Dora, that it caused my friend to challenge the little bitch to a wrestling match:
