Hey Mindy, I've been doing the sub thing now and then for the last 5 yrs. It can be good if your schedule and personality are flexible enoungh gears and plans at a moment's notice. Mine aren't. I did better with private tutoring. At least that can be scheduled.

It would be perfect for me as I can work whenever I'm available. I'd hate to have to commit to a steady job with the kids still young...I have one sick here every other week it seems. Tutoring sounds like a good thing too though, must investigate that as well.

i miss subing....wish i had the time in my schedule these days....loved that....not to early, not too late, always changing....great!!!
