like them, the new cd "songs from the sparkle lounge" is pretty decent and quite refreshing after "yeah". classic def but with the edgier sound of their "slang" cd. that's my take. Very Happy

Haha...you and I are completely opposite on this. LOVED Sl@ng but only 5 songs on X worked for me. Hope the new album is good. Heard 9 Lives and I wasn't all that impressed. If anyone has any clips of the rest of the album...PM me.

I'm looking forward to it. I heard bits and pieces of the radio tape...but I couldn't stomach the audio quality.

I'll wait for the actual release...and given the fact that it's new, original songs, I will probably support the Def's and buy it (plus, I've done a 180 and I now agree 100% with the way they handled promotion of Yeah!)
