I love Bob Seger. Of course I was raising kids and paying mortgage and car loans when he was touring so I didn't get to see him. I think he's one of the iconic artists.

Just take those old records off the shelf
I sit and listen to them by myself
Today's music ain't got the same soul
I like that old time a-rock 'n' roll

Oh and Hi Moon Lady. Great to see you here. 70's Arena Rock top choice. - Page 2 A170

Love Bob Seger.
I met he, and the Silver Bullet band many, many times over the years, through my Boston connections. First time I saw him, was July 6th, 1976, at the Cape Cod Coliseum, South Yarmouth, MA.

Get THIS : he opened for KISS on the Destroyer tour, and I was hooked, from the get go.
( Gene Simmons bled all over me that nite, I was just underneath him, and he fuckin COVERED ME IN THAT SHIT ! )

FYI : Bob's going out this summer, to cover the "B" cities he missed on his tour last winter. He played for three hours at the Boston Garden, and blew the fuckin roof off the joint.

The guy still has the chops, and Drew Abbot, and Aalto Reed on sax !!!

Fuckin AAAAA,...............SEGER ROCKS !!!!

Liam,

I am so with you. This is one the most over karaoked and most poorly done songs in history...especially by 60+ women! confused and this is one of my grandmother's favorite songs...and she doesn't even know who the hell bob seger is! affraid
